Security system assigns users with certain Functional privileges; authorizes users for access to different parts of the system ( the authority to save – update- view - delete).
Closing of the accounting transactions that would prevent any update, deletion or addition of any accounting transaction during the closed period.
A supervisor file that allows the administrator to review all users transactions during any period of the program.
Prints the name of issuer to any document to detect the responsibility.
Future expansion:
If company has more than one branch in the future, AL Bashkateb has the ability to handle exchanging data between the branches and the main branch.
